Joseph Butler is the head of Barron & Stadfeld, P.C.'s Bankruptcy
Department. He has been a Chapter 7 Trustee in Massachusetts since 1987
and has served as trustee in thousands of cases. Mr. Butler has also been
appointed as a Chapter 11 trustee in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island

Rachel Davis Baime has been practicing
in Massachusetts District and Superior courts since her admission to
the bar in January 2001. Ms. Baime was admitted to practice in the US
District Court for the District of Massachusetts in September 2001.
She has practiced extensively in US Bankruptcy Court since 2001. Ms.
Baime has represented lenders, buyers and sellers in a variety of real
estate transactions. She has represented mortgage lenders in US Bankruptcy
Court in conjunction with foreclosure proceedings. Ms. Baime has also
occasionally represented the Chapter 7 Trustee and Chapter 7 debtors
in US Bankruptcy Court proceedings.

Serge Georges, Jr. is an experienced
trial attorney, representing clients in state and federal courts, before
administrative agencies, including boards of licensure. He concentrates

James E. Riley, Jr. is “of
counsel” to Barron and Stadfeld. Mr. Riley has been
representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation in
state and federal courts for over 30 years. He serves as regional defense
counsel in civil litigation matters for a number of nationally known
self-insured corporations. He is also “of counsel”
to Canepa & Vidal, a Santa Fe, New Mexico law firm, which represents
numerous municipalities, as well as the State of New Mexico's Risk Management
Division. Attorney Riley maintains offices in Walpole, Massachusetts.
Mr. Riley is Board Certified as a Civil Trial

Kevin P. Polansky is focused on civil and business litigation matters,
including personal injury, medical malpractice, and general business
disputes. Prior to joining Barron and Stadfeld, Mr. Polansky worked
as a tax attorney for Ernst & Young, where he assisted with mergers
and acquisitions, intellectual property migrations, corporate liquidations,
and stock option agreements.
While at Suffolk University Law School, Kevin Polansky served as the
Associate Executive Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review (2004-2005)
and as a S.J.C. Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney for the Suffolk
University Defender’s Clinic. He was also a member of the school’s
National Mock Trial Competition Team and served as a college intern
in Senator John Kerry’s Washington DC office.
