Shawn P. O'Rourke and Kerry Paul Choi recently obtained a $1,200,000 settlement in a premises liability case involving the loss of a limb. The plaintiff sued a corporation for the loss of his limb involving the property/premises that was owned/operated by the company. The corporation settled for $1,200,000.
