Kerry Paul Choi has worked with the victims of personal injury for over 35 years, focused on helping them to recover their losses and find some peace of mind through the legal process. Over the years, Mr. Choi has successfully handled numerous complex cases, involving issues such as defective product design, medical negligence, engineering negligence, construction site accidents, gas explosions, and complex trucking and automobile accidents, among many others. 

Mr. Choi is very active in legal education, serving as an adjunct professor in "Advanced Torts" at Suffolk University Law School. He is also a  faculty member for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)/New England Law Institute Trial Advocacy Institute, where he frequently speaks on issues relative to civil trial and litigation, such as serving on a panel for a "Trial Advocacy Workshop." Mr. Choi also frequently lectures for the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

  • $8,000,000 judgment for defective infant car seat design, resulting in paraplegia 
  • $6,600,000 settlement for negligence in administering anesthesia, resulting in coma
  • $1,900,000 settlement for construction site explosion, resulting in burns
  • $500,000 jury verdict for defective truck bumper design, resulting in back injury
  • $470,000 jury verdict for surgical malpractice
  • $430,000 jury verdict for auto accident resulting in a wrist injury where the defendant driver, though considered an “independent contractor,” was found to be an employee of the company for which he was driving
