Rachel Davis Baime has extensive experience in real estate, banking and insolvency matters. She represents national lenders in commercial loan transactions, purchasers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, and commercial mortgage lenders in bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings in Massachusetts state court and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. She also works with real estate developers in development and renovation projects, as well as with creditors and debtors in bankruptcy matters.
Ms. Baime has been an attorney with Barron & Stadfeld since 2002. She serves on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the town of Andover, as well as participating in professional panel discussions, such as the SBANE Diversity Loan Initiative Panel.
