Kim Vogel oversees the firm's extensive corporate real estate practice. Managing hundreds of closings annually, she ensures that each transaction is completed accurately and efficiently. Before joining Barron and Stadfeld, Kim worked at a mid-sized Boston-area law firm that represents banks and mortgage companies in foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and eviction proceedings. She managed hundreds of active files and tracked the progress of each in the foreclosure process. Kim graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire in 2003.

Hilary Miller assists with commercial and residential real estate closings, with a focus on Rhode Island real estate. Previous to joining the firm, she was a legal assistant for a Providence-based law firm where she handled real estate transactions. Hilary graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2004 and is a 2006 candidate for a Paralegal Certificate from Roger Williams University.
